SYR are actually usually very precise in their terminology... and Mozambique isnt on my travel list to know what their equivalent of a dirt track is but are we over reading goat track ?
It seems pretty synonymous with Australian dirt tracks - and I dont think they are talking about only goats using it.
"The road to the Mozambican border is another goat track passable by vehicle but definitely not constructed for that purpose"
