Szaba I think someone else raised COP selling over 12 months ago. I just can't remember who it was. Aussie...the full name escapes me.
I personally think FAR were half prepared for preemption except they were expecting it to be CNE not COP. I think CNE were trying to be strategic in getting COP on board in the first place as CNE has a history of selling down and its handy to have deep pockets in a JV if that's your plan. I think when CNE saw COP leaving they were probably quite happy with WPL... more deep pockets. DB
