DAU have little if not zero hope of recouping the interest free , unsecured , no maturity date$ 500k
"invest" in Aurigin as the extornate administration / management fees charged to DAU by Carson / Guo will be repeated at the food enterprise...what shareholders..!!!
DAU is being robbed blind by the self serving directors ripping huge fess for a shelf company with no daily business other than what coffee the should drink when they make their monthly personal transfer of $$$ from DAU fast depleting treasury for misc costs & services unknown.
This is a disgrace with the only benefactors Guo & Carson...
Sad but true.
