If you read the resource table for Onedin carefully, you will see that the zinc lodes are still resonable grades. The tonnage increase appears to be in the copper lodes. See quote:

"This work required a reconstruction of the ore body model to incorporate a number of near surface low to medium grade copper intersections not included in previous models and a recalculation of the near surface resource"

Tonnage increase is in the copper lodes. Compare table in quarterly to table in Investor presentation. Actual grades of the zinc lodes in current announcement are very reasonable and are the same order as in the earlier announcement. Averaging across zinc lodes and copper lodes gives an apparent grade decrease.
