Rabbit: I got the answer to the question I asked, because I asked that specific question.
My aim in doing so was to find out if HAW had held up Phase 3 results being released by not paying an invoice.
This is not the case. (from what we were told - implicity not "sort of")
Now obviously if LCY have spent more than their $3.5m they potentially have the right to invoice 40% of that overspend to HAW ... cool ... so invoice us .. and release the bloody results already that are now SIX months overdue
