I have just read the annual report and it seems that the scheme of arrangement is still on the table

I guess the $million question is when and what price. Also I am still wondering how Nkwe will find the money to pay for this scheme of arrangement

I think the responsible thing the company can do is come out and tell us what their valuation is. At least this will give all shareholders of what price is reasonable. If say we are valued at 60cents then we know that any offer under 60cents will be rejected.

I think Nkwe may take advantage of market conditions and give us a crap offer of like 30cents.
