IMO only...i expect the cashflow issue to be resolved in the first instance by a JV announcement and then options conversion.
A deal is on the way, which is why IMO they mentioned the value of the acres increasing by multiples as a result of pathfinder.
Just IMO.
Cottee is there to make deals and he knows how to put one together.
