Fair enough. Charles is the CFO I believe and the one trying to finalise these financing arrangements I would imagine. So I doubt he would be going on holidays!
The quarterlies are obviously not a complete picture as it doesn’t show the level of receivables or inventory.
Interesting that they had revenues of 4.3m for the quarter and only used the factoring facility for $900k of it.
