Why are you talking about their forecasts. They have been notoriously unreliable in the past.
The SPP has already failed IMO. Many that would have been contemplating participating, would have already bought on market or have lost confidence with the recent SP levels and are now sitting on their cash. If the SPP is oversubscribed I will eat humble pie.
I don't think ill have to eat that pie.
