GPC has a debt finance facility in place, thus OEL's share of the project is fully funded through to first oil.

The cash consideration to each vendor that Otto bought out of GPC, includes approximately US$6.3 million to each vendor to replace deposits on security for project financing. The deposit amounts (approximately US$12.6 million in total) are recoverable by Otto from the financier when the project loans are repaid.
