Is there any chance that OEL can just tread water for 3-4 months until the cash starts flowing in from Galoc so that there is no further dilution?
Is it possible that its farmees (or pontential farmees) are delaying commitment on its tenements to get a better deal in the light of OEL's apparent tight near term cash position.
BTW have you taken a position on CVN, or is that one of no interest to you?
