Ann: Quarterly Cashflow Report, page-2

Does anybody know how much of the cash raised through CR and borrowings is going towards the purchase of "Colossal" or is it to be used as working capitol. If that is the case when do we start to here some news from management as to what is happening. After some significant buying volume for a couple of weeks everything seems to have gone quiet. With the lack of news the momentum seems to have stopped and appears to be forcing some weak hands. All of a sudden we have 20 million shares on offer at 4 cents when we had almost closed the gap to 5. Dont understand the benefit of buying and selling for the same price?? Any thoughts??
