its not a 90 day period that makes it questionable, the 31 March came out on 1 May , so a full 30 days into the Qrt. If you had cash flow plans set then you would have had a better guess a full month into the Quarter, which leads me to believe it is just made up as they go along. Especially underspending over 80% on your second biggest budget line. Biggest being loans , but I thought this was a mining company and not cashys
