I cannot recall anything specific about an interim dividend. In fact most of the talk about BCI dividends is not very specific, rather they focus on their good intentions to pay one where appropriate etc.
They did advise in the move to 75% of the JV that the ongoing payment of dividends was factored into the financing arrangements.
