Spec , I don't see any reason for them to go underground for at least 3 years if they are only going to go for 40000 ounces pa in 2016.
I think the original plan was to mine at least 330000 ounces before going underground in about year four and that was with depletion
at about 75000 ounces per year.If the grade comes in at above 3.0 gram they will be swimming in cash long before any cash needs to be paid out on any underground plan.We know the mill can easily handle 6200 ounces per month from March,s production figures.
Also golds as good as any other asset class in todays market volatility I M O.
