What concernes me the most is that this issue was highlighted over two years ago and nothing was ever don about it. Absolute incompetence of the highest degree.
Was the same mistake replicated in phase 2?
If not, will Lynas be able to use the cracking and leaching section of phase 2 while phase 1 is being repaired?
