Geez I'm back one more time. The plant is built on Chinese knowhow. All those experts apparently poached from china to aid in construction. Conspiracy 101 in play. Build a crap plant and problems are assured. Minimal production. Great for China. OMG, you have been spruiking Chinese brilliance but the true brilliance is in the sabotage. Ingenious. I have been blinded by hope but see the light, albeit poorer in the pocket. Excellent clarity now. Finally, EN is a good technical guy, but certainly not leadership material for a major company. Talks in riddles.
