i have to say OMG... IF there had been disclosure regarding the seeming minor issues re the piping and valves, imagine the carnage this would have on a already heavily shorted stock... we would have seen this stock absolutely plunge!!! great for shorters but for the company, horrific.
IMO i dont blame them for the lack of disclosure because of that reason - it would have been completely blown out of proportion and massacred the share price. IF JP and the likes have been shorting the stock no wonder they would have been ticked at the lack of disclosure because they missed out on making $$$$.
IMO lynas is over the stock being shorted and are playing their own games in return.
