That is pecisely my point and I think it was what 618 meant. WPL does not need to cost cut it needs to get things right and get things done. It needs to make money work for it not waste valueable manhours questioning every cent spent. Checking and cross-checking ad infinitum usually ends up by acheiving nothing.
