Can anyone tell me if it is normal to have the drill ship arrive and sit awaiting environmental clearance before it can spud.....shouldn't this have been done well before the ship arrived? Are we forking out US$300k or so per day for downtime or does the AH actually need this time to get ready?
Or are they drilling but haven't told the Mauri govt ;-)
