I agree that we will not see improvements in revenues before Christmas, but I most certainly will complain if I do not see evidence from IMI that the new Chair and Directors are
1. protecting "equally" the interests of all shareholders
2. adhering to their own Board Charter (http://www.immedical.com.au/index.php?section=investor_relations&id=70)
If I do not see a concerted effort to substantially improve governance I will have no hesitation in digging up the dirt for which I have reasonably good documentation thereof. The acting CEO and Chair are on notice that I will exercise my full legal rights if anything untoward keeps happening and that there is an expectation on my part that IMI will comply to the letter of the law with every ASX listing rule and every aspect of the Corporations Act from now on. The Board are the Board and inherit the sins of the past, whether they like it or not.
