Quarterly due Monday?

Can someone correct me if I am wrong. Isn't the 1/4 reports last date due on Monday?

Could this have been why the suspension/trading halt was put in place?
If they have something good to deliver maybe they do need time to construct the report. They would need to explain what/when/where/how GC has done in his visits to Africa?

IF he has actually done something this would surely impact all the predicted start times for completion of rails/ports/shipping etc.

In my eyes that could warrant all these bulls#!t announcements last week.
