its out, they just rehash everything, trying to talk up the shareprice which wont move because theres to many shares on issue. Looking at the pre open depth theres a wall of sellers , impact is likley to be limited to profit taking, someone wanting to take a 19.9% stake in the company could do so very easily and cheaply at these prices
