SCD I think you are way too optimistic re 70 mil cash. I think for the yar end it had about 28 - 29 mil, so we might see up to 40 mil (more os less subject to whether tax is accounted for). But, net of cash reserves, that leaves the co with a value of about $140 mil cap (its current cap being $180 mil approx) so really very cheap relative to its income. Put another way, it will have the cash to buy (I am sure it wont it is just an example) CXY at its current price!
