    Hi Glen,

    I think it is very sad that the salary/wages bill for the quarter is some 25 times the revenue of the company. Any other business with Colltech's earning/expenditure ratio would be broke, while the management and board would be looking for new jobs. From memory your salary would be about 10 times the company's revenue.

    We can only hope that one day revenue will be at least 25x expenditure.
