A startup business is about building relationships and NC is the master at doing this .
I recall he as been quoted by someone about a year ago telling his sales staff - "I want you to go out and get as many clients as possible - I don't care how small they are" . Now these might not have been financially viable at the time so from a business point of view financially not a smart decision however from a long term growth viewpoint ( and therefore long term financially astute ) - an extremely astute decision. Too many people in business look at the immediate future and forget the long term picture. NC and GR are firmly entrenched on the long term picture.

So yes HT you are right from a technical perspective but sometimes you have to give a little to get a whole lot - and that is where we are coming from.
