The NATO and US presence in the area has been seriously "beefed up". The White House declares Mali to be a strategic priority. Think about that! Chinese influence in the area is significantly declining. Fringe groups there don't stand a chance. Mines there are unlikely to be interfered with any time soon. Transport and logistics are likely to be maintained and even improved. All good for business!
