According to the Quarterly Cash flow report ERL has 266K in the bank with expected Outflow this Qtr of 825K. This means currently they are -559K to complete their planed Qtr activities.
They have 30Mil unlisted options due to expire at the end of Aug (.04c, .05c & .06c) that could potentially (if exercised) bring in 1.5Mil to the Co account and get them through to production, leaving just under 1Mil in their Acc at the end of the Qtr.
Last week it looked like the Co was allowing the share price to run to get these Options in the Money..... Only to put a stop to it Friday morning for some reason???? They still got a speeding ticket from the ASX.... only to release nothing really....
Why?
ERL don't want the Option holders to be able to exercise the Options?
ERL have someone else lined up for financing the early part of mining?
ERL are planning a CR to get another "Sophisticated Investor" on-board?
Anyone got any thoughts? it now seems unlikely the Options will be exercised or in the money by the end of the month. It may still happen but news will have to start flowing this week.
