Can someone give me a good definition of the difference's between:
Gross Cash costs at $527/oz &
Total Cash Costs at $412/oz
ie what is removed from the "Gross Cash Costs" figure as quoted to achieve "Total Cash Costs" at $412/oz???
This is taken from P8 of today's Third Quarter Production Report.
