One glaring question I have is
If SDL are issuing contracts, what are the terms, what happens later this year, do all the contractors many who will have incurred huge cost to mobilise to site just disappear with no return on their expense. Many would have barely started their work in six months and due to the costs must have long term contracts in place. There must be some certainty around the future or no contracts would be signed.
