There's pretty regular regular references made to Intecs interest in a JV with Jervois - and why didn't Duncan take it...
The thing is - we need someone with a billion dollars to invest in building a plant
Intec's net assets are currently only $34 million... no where near enough...
As Duncan put it at the time - "All they had to bring to the table was a pile of tailngs at Hellyer" (that they were reprocessing)
Intec was not ever an option
