Market cap is already very low and surely underpriced at $140M..
I can't see any way this gets to 5c.
9-10cents maybe.
Personally I think we're hovering around the absolute low right now (+/- 20%). Just gut feel.
I think a cap raise announcement while frustrating, would also release the shackles a bit (once filled), as that's a bit of an unknown right now. Management may have parked those plans in the short term given someone let the cat out of the bag and smashed the SP.
Raising at a low would not win management any new friends.
