In my opinion, VMS failed to make right decision at the right time to take advantage. Whether you blame VMS management for that is up to you.
Track record of VMS management shows they are quick to hype by making one announcement after another away from the reality on the ground.
So, I believe VMS eventually get back to its original value pre-COVID-19 of 3 c or lower soon or later close to Xmas.
That's why I got out of VMS early with little profit.
