Good quarterly. Into the 30s is possible but I'll tip mid March.

It appears as though we are still waiting on consultants for our JORCs. Not long to go now by the look of it.

'Advanced' on the JVs - (subject to the underlying terms), once agreements are signed and the market takes a little more interest, thinking 40s in April/May.
