no-one has said incompetent, more like, not capable to take it to the next stages, which is fine, cant be good at all area's, QMN need new management that can work with existing to take the company to next stages.
Personally I would replace 2 completely and hire 3 more high level directors with greater mining management skills.
Current management have done very well with the purchase of assets etc but now is the time for someone more capable to realise their full potentials, be-it production, JVs, off-take aggreements etc etc. I feel HR cannot do it all.
And thus am holding a 'few', till I see this happen, then will buy more.
