Personally, after reading the quarterly i am much less worry about the possiblity of another dilutive capital raising and more hopeful that JV arrangements will provide capital to QMC as stated in the report.

The compnay has 2m in cash which should be enough for another three months maximum, so logically the JV should be within this time frame if i am not mistaken!

The problem with QMN share price is more technical than fundamental. Once the charts start to look better more buyers will step in. We have been flat for long enough and that cant continue forever. We are due for a decent rally IMO.

During the last few weeks a lot of accumulation and price manipulation has been happening. I would not be surprised if we see a new sub holder notice sometime soon.
