Is there a difference between "flowing" and "flow testing"?

What if they had to measure the fraccing fluid to make sure they had it all before they could "flow test" the well which would give us the numbers that we are all looking for regarding the O&G from Kockatea??

Hence for the last few weeks the well was cleaning up/ flowing yet no flow test could be performed. I imagine no one is interested in the l/s that the fraccing fluid flowed at, except the site engineers...

Just my alternate interpretation of the wording used in the 1/4ly.

Now that you seem to have cooled down a bit i would be interested in your thoughts on this view.. ;-)
