I like your confidence Phil but I fear a resource upgrade at best will see us move up 0.01c. We know and many others as well what we have....what we want to know is how we will get it out of the ground and at what cost. Financing this operation is the key and when that gets cemented in.........a re-rate is on the cards. Lets hope its not too long a wait.
