OOO, great post. The one thing that still worries me a little, and that I haven't seen (and please correct me if it has come through) - has there yet been confirmation that the Senegal Gov't hasn't approved the deal (or indeed missed a deadline?)? All FAR have said so far is that they "are not aware" of approval being given?
