WPL bought the COP subsidiary company that had the rights to 35% of the leases. WPL has since bought that subsidiary company. Therefore I reckon any further action by FAR is with WPL, who own and control that subsidiary company. COP are therefore completely off the hook, done and dusted, by this theory.
