As you would expect from an optimist, I now take the sentence very positively. Given the excellent relationship between FAR and the Government, it seems to me the Government has assured FAR it will not be unduly pressured into declaring its intentions for Djiffere: It will be at the Government's divine pleasure. Some will argue that just adds another delay. I reckon it secures a highly prospective block in which we hold a 75 per cent interest.

Yeah, fancy that, I am still learning new words at my age! When first reading the sentence I thought it was a reference to the French wort for Stop or Stopping, As eg in Arretez ou je fair feu (Stop or I'll shoot)
