with that large gap from July, and it breaking the 100ema, I don't think the current news is going to push it to a new high. if it consolidates around the 10-30 to 10.50 level and churn a bit of the sell side I would be more confident that it won't fill the gap. but it fluctuated a lot today... time will tell just my option of course
