You are most likely correct. Particularly if something big is brewing in the background which they can't release at this time. I'll be surprised if any big news comes before the connectivity testing is done as that will determine update the recovery and our 2c. Mind you, not the first time a takeover deal would be penned on future imminent results but it would be unusual.
