Regarding point 3 this is from p3. of the December quarterly:
"A major upgrade to the underground power supply was approved by the State grid provider in the December quarter that will more than triple the current power supply to 3mw. This delayed upgrade has hindered mine output. Once completed, the upgrade will mean more of the mining activities can be operated simultaneously and increase mine output."
