Will be interesting to see how the money received from the offer has been USED !
1) Finalising Pagbilao Power plant/Transmission lines !! How much was spent and where we stand on project completion of the first 200mg.
2) Can't think of anywhere else that they can work on as all work elsewhere has stopped.
Happy to hear from anyone that can give a better picture of the situation other than my negative thoughts.
