It's more of a question of competency, how the Last (criminal) management was making the same revenue(adjusted) as the current speaks louder then the (lack of) action of the current management.
The excuse of lack of capital was eliminated in the previous raising, whats the next excuse to be pulled out after this disappointing result?
Not sure if this is a play by QVT?
does anyone have any names of companies which have fallen into a trap like this?
and why wouldn't QVT have let the company default on the loan instead and take control then?
just seems to be a bit too convoluted to me. I'm going with flat out incompetence as my theory at present.
