All this talk of TO is ok but no one has mentioned that once Jorc and other feasibility mine design studies & number crunching is done then Bank financing is an option to negate other dilutionary forms of capital raising which would be more bennifitial to shareholders in the long run. A hostile TO would probably eventuate before the REE went to market given the time it can take for this but the longer we can hold that off the more inground resource can be proved up and with time also comes higher REE prices so IMO no one should be looking for a buyer this year or next.
