Looks like they'll have to start the proceedings about then you would expect but also looks like funded at least til end of 2012 with some left over unless I am sadly in error.
A lot of variables to unfold before then considering they want income happening asap but another cr is a given I would assume.
When and at what price is an interesting question now.
