I believe it is completely unreasonable to compare one quarter to the next and perfectly reasonable to compare this year's quarterly results with those of last year. To do otherwise would be the equivalent of comparing December Christmas sales with sales in say February (retail analogy of course). Seasonal variables affect almost every industry everywhere isn't that factored into the share price already? I guess it isn't or the AVH share price would not have been punished so harshly.
Could someone please enlighten me? What has driven the share price up lately, anticipation of better quarterly results?
