    I think your comments this time are misleading. You missed the remainder of the rights issue that has been paid after the end of the quarter in January.

    Also, the quarterly states clearly states that Cudeco has accepted the formal offer of the $100m loan facilites. This statement would be misleading if the loan facility is not firm. I will give CDU any benefit of any small doubt whether this is so.
